Tony graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science degree and then moved to London for several years before settling in Kent.  Having worked in the legal sector for most of his career, he decided to go back to his original passion and experience of sports physiology and re-train to become a soft tissue / sports massage therapist.

Tony has a strong interest and background in sport and continues to be a keen distance runner.  Having run full and half marathons, he now focuses on competing in 10K events.  Always looking to learn new skills and sports, he has recently taken up padel and is also a member of an outdoor swimming group and swims all year round!

Tony is studying at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) where he is in the final stages of a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy.  He is registered with the ISRM, Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists, an association that requires therapists to have followed recognised pathways of training before qualification and completion of continuing professional development to maintain membership.   There will be a 10% discount on treatments with Tony until he has received his final certificate, however he is allowed to practise whilst this administrative process takes place.

Tony is passionate about his new career direction and using his skills to support you achieve your objectives as a client at Springbank Clinic.  He focusses on supporting clients with injury prevention and recovery; muscle and joint stiffness; recovery from injuries and operations; posture improvement and stress relief.  His own experiences of sport and injury processes will prove invaluable as he manages patients at the clinic.

Away from work, Tony is a keen walker and is currently planning to complete the coast-to-coast walk next year as his next challenge!
