Health Sciences University (formerly the University College of Osteopathy) following five years of study. He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science and a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), and is registered with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage.

Before beginning his career in osteopathy, Mike worked as an Exercise Physiologist in prestigious private health and fitness clubs before completing a full career as Detective in the Metropolitan Police Service. Throughout his career he developed strong communication, empathy and problem-solving skills while working with people during some of the most challenging periods of their lives. These qualities continue to underpin his patient-centred approach to care.

Mike has a sporting background in martial arts, distance running, triathlon and racket sports. Outside of work he enjoys running, gardening, travelling to explore scenic and architecturally rich places, and spending time with his family, who have supported him throughout his career change. He has been a local resident for over 25 years.

Mike believes every patient is unique and works collaboratively to understand their concerns, identify the factors contributing to their symptoms and help them achieve the goals that are important to them. Whether returning to sport, recovering from injury, managing persistent pain or simply moving more comfortably, he combines clinical knowledge, life experience and a hands on approach to provide professional, compassionate and evidence informed care.
