Tara graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1992. She has worked in private practice, the NHS and the Osteopathic Centre for Children (OCC).
Tara has been at Springbank Clinic since qualifying, with a couple of extended breaks for travelling and having children.
Using a combination of traditional and cranial osteopathic techniques, she aims to reduce strains and improve the function of the body in people of all age groups, from new born babies up to those of more advanced years. Tara’s experience at the OCC particularly stimulated her specialist interest in new born and paediatric conditions.
She is also qualified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage(MLD), a very gentle, relaxing rhythmic massage. MLD is used to stimulate the flow of lymph and can be used on patients with lymphoedema, skin disorders, headaches, sinus congestion, sprains, stress, digestive disorders, before and after surgery or travelling
Tara also works in Bromley where she lives with her husband, three sons and a Cockerpoo called Wilson.
