Personal Training with Lucy Pitcairn-Knowles

Having had a lifetime passion for sport and outdoor activities, along with a determined dedication to improving her own athletic performance, Lucy qualified as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor and enjoys helping people get on track to regular exercising.

Lucy is a qualified England Athletics Coach in Endurance Running and a volunteer coach at Tonbridge Athletics Club. She started competing in road races and triathlons as a 35yr old (later in life) and focused her general training on the 3 disciplines of triathlon. Lucy’s love of Cross Country competitions started when her children joined Tonbridge Athletics Club. She has competed in Kent Leagues, National Cross Country and Road Running events. As a National Gold Medallist for 10k Road Running (in her age category) Lucy knows first-hand that it is never too late to get fit and have a goal.

Lucy has extensive experience and knowledge of the importance of structured training sessions thus ensuring an athlete trains safely and progressively. Clients can be assured of a ‘Complete Development Program’, no matter their goals or starting point.

Anyone who would like to kick start their exercise routine – whatever your age or fitness level – and to feel energised for the day, get fit and commit to exercising regularly – please call us on 01732 453956 for more information or to book a training session with Lucy.
