Booking Telehealth Online Appointments

Due to the Covid-19 lockdown our clinic software provider has brought forward the launch of their Telehealth System. We have carried out some testing and the first live ‘appointment’ with Angel Lopez Caceres (Physiotherapist) went ahead successfully on 14th April.

We are confident that the system works well and has proven a helpful resource for our patients so we are now pleased to extend these appointments to our osteopathy and audiology patients as well (please see our Home Page for information on available days and times). These appointments can be booked online, either by following the links on our website, or if you have already set up your account you can log in and follow the instructions provided. If you have any problems booking or accessing the system, please call us on 01732 453956.

Please be ready at the allotted appointment time, having tested your camera and microphone (instructions provided with confirmation email). Please note that this works best with Chrome or Firefox (the providers are working hard to iron out some issues experienced with iOS). Simply open up your appointment by clicking on the “Begin” button and your practitioner will join you.
