Why Sustain Exists

Lifestyle and health change is complex and influenced by many interacting factors. Nutrition, movement, psychology, health history, and life context all play a role. However, support is often offered in individual prescriptive components — advice, programmes, or medication — which can be helpful, but may not address the full picture on their own.

Sustain was created to bring these elements together, offering coordinated care that integrates nutrition, movement, and psychological support in a way that responds thoughtfully over time.

How We Support Change

At Sustain, psychology, nutrition, and movement are considered together through a coordinated process delivered across several appointments. This allows us to develop an understanding that reflects the realities of your health, lifestyle, and experience, rather than a single moment in time.

We take time to understand:

  • how your health, habits, and priorities have changed over time
  • what you have already tried, and how those experiences affected you
  • what currently supports change, and what makes it harder in day-to-day life
  • the psychological and physiological factors shaping behaviour

Our role is not to prescribe a set of rules or deliver a one-size-fits-all plan. We work alongside people to help them make sense of what is influencing their health and habits, and to identify changes that are both meaningful and sustainable within the context of their lives.

Support is thoughtful, paced, and collaborative. Recommendations are grounded in evidence, shaped by individual circumstances, and adjusted over time as understanding deepens. Our aim is to provide clarity, confidence, and support — so change feels considered rather than overwhelming.

Who Sustain Is For

Sustain is designed for adults who are seeking a more thoughtful and supported approach to lifestyle and health change. This includes people who:

  • are navigating weight change, with or without medication
  • want support that looks beyond food or exercise alone
  • value psychologically informed, evidence-based care
  • are interested in sustainable change rather than quick fixes
  • prefer a calm, professional, supported, and collaborative approach

Supporting People Using GLP-1 Medications

GLP-1 receptor agonists — including medications such as tirzepatide (Mounjaro) and semaglutide (Ozempic or Wegovy) — are becoming an established part of modern weight management and metabolic care.

The evidence base shows these medications work most effectively when combined with structured nutrition, resistance-based movement, and psychological support to strengthen long-term metabolic health and weight regulation.

At Sustain, we provide integrated, multidisciplinary support for individuals who are currently using, considering, or planning to come off GLP-1 medications. Our aim is not simply to support weight loss, but to ensure that change strengthens long-term health, resilience and self-management.

Sustain does not prescribe GLP-1 medications. Sustain offers coordinated nutrition, movement and psychological support alongside your existing medical management.

Cost of Treatment
