Anna Simpson is an HCPC and BACP registered Counselling Psychologist. Anna’s main training is in psychodynamic counselling, however she draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, including acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy.
She has over 10 years of experience working in mental health across the NHS, employee assistance programme, private sector and charity organisations. Examples of the difficulties she has worked with include anxiety, bereavement, depression, low self esteem, parenting difficulties, pregnancy related issues, relationship difficulties, sexuality, trauma, work-related stress, and working with people on the autistic spectrum.
Anna aims to provide a safe and non-judgemental space where her clients can get in touch with their emotions, become more comfortable with expressing own needs and learn how to set better boundaries with others.
Anna offers individual therapy for adults in English and Polish.
