Audiology Planet – Better Balance Group Classes in Sevenoaks
Starting in June 2024, Audiology Planet will be offering group and individual classes, mainly for older adults for better balance, led by a highly skilled physiotherapist.
Are you ready to take proactive steps towards a safer and healthier future? Join our engaging, super effective and scientifically proven Better Balance Exercise Classes. This group session is led by a highly skilled physiotherapist who has worked in the fall prevention area for over 15 years.
What to expect:
– Professionally guided exercises to improve balance and strength.
– Personalised attention from our experienced physiotherapist.
– Evidence-based techniques from the renowned, evidence-based exercise programme.
– Use of ankle weights and resistance bands for progressive strengthening.
– A supportive and encouraging atmosphere, warmly welcoming all.
– Your questions, concerns, and worries addressed during Q&A sessions.
Class details
These classes are primarily aimed at older adults, but anyone is welcome to join. We will modify the class routine according to your own physical ability.
– Duration: 30 minutes of exercise followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
– Frequency: Weekly sessions
– Location: Sevenoaks
– Time: Saturday afternoons at 2pm
– Cost: Introductory price of £10 per session
